INTERIOR & EXTERIOR
This includes everything I can cover from the ground, inside and out. I charge by the image so you only pay for what you need.
AERIAL
Great for properties with a large home, big views, excellent location, attractive roof line, significant acreage, multiple outbuildings or unique selling features like hot tub/sauna, hiking trails, solar panels, proximity to water, etc. A drone is the best way to photograph a home that is situated on a cliff or steep drop off, has a second story deck or is surrounded by trees. Aerial photography can also capture a ‘satellite’ view (straight down from high above) to help buyers get a feel for the property layout.

TWILIGHT
Twilight photography captures a lot of attention, is fantastic for MLS thumbnails and makes homes with less curb appeal more inviting. It is also an excellent way to downplay undesirable features such as unfinished or unattractive landscaping, proximity to neighbors or the brown landscape of snowless winters. Interior twilights show buyers what life might be like during their evening wine.
